RËD – COCHINEAL CARMINE POWDER
Sodium salt of the aluminum chelate of carminic acid.
It is a dye obtained from the dried bodies of the female insect Coccus cacti , or cochineal.
In cooking, it is used for its red coloring properties in preparations such as sauces, ice cream, milkshakes, baked goods, and others, without adding flavor.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Mix the product with the preparation and shake. It is recommended to dissolve in water before application.
USUAL DOSAGE:
0.1-0.3 g/kg.
