Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
Prep. Hospitality Hub is committed to providing benchmark, quality training services. We recognize, however, that in certain circumstances our clients may need to cancel purchased services. This Cancellation Policy describes the rights and procedures applicable to all cancellations made by our clients.
2. Right of Termination
2.1. Cancellation Period : In accordance with Portuguese law, customers have the right to cancel the service contract without giving a reason, within 14 days of the purchase date.
2.2. Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal : The right of withdrawal does not apply after the commencement of the service if the client has expressly consented to its execution before the end of the 14-day period and acknowledges that they will lose the right of free withdrawal upon accepting such execution.
3. Cancellation Procedure
3.1. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal : To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision unequivocally, within the aforementioned period, in writing, using the contact information provided on the website. 4. Refund
4.1. Refund Period : Once the cancellation request is received, the Prep. Hospitality Hub The company undertakes to reimburse the customer within a maximum period of 30 days, starting from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
4.2. Refund Methods : The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the customer and provided that this does not incur additional costs for the customer.
• MBWAY : If the original payment was made via MBWAY, the refund will be sent to the same phone number associated with the MBWAY account.
• Multibanco or PayShop : For payments made via Multibanco or PayShop, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. The customer must provide the IBAN to which they wish the amount to be transferred, sending this information by email to prep@prehhub.com .

5. Cancellations Outside the Resolution Period
If the cancellation is requested outside the 14-day period, or in situations where the right of withdrawal does not apply, the Prep. Hospitality Hub We reserve the right to analyze each situation individually, without guaranteeing a refund.
