These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website and the purchase of services offered on it. By using the website, you agree to the terms set forth herein. 2. Services

THE Prep. Hospitality Hub It offers training in the areas of cooking and pastry, cafeteria, bar, gastronomic laboratory, management and strategy. Courses can be purchased directly through the website, with payments made through the Ifthenpay or Cofidis Pay platforms.

3. User Registration

To acquire our services, the user must create an account on the website, providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access data.

4. Payments

4.1. Payment Methods:

Payments for training courses or workshops purchased on the website can only be made through the Ifthenpay or Cofidis Pay platforms. By selecting one of these options, the user will be redirected to the respective payment page, where they must follow the indicated steps to complete the transaction. Payment is made in Euros.

4.2. Payment via Ifthenpay:

Ifthenpay allows users to make payments via Multibanco Reference, MB Way, credit card, and Pay Shop. After payment confirmation, access to the course will be granted immediately, unless otherwise indicated.

4.3. Payment via Cofidis Pay:

Cofidis Pay offers the option of installment payments. By choosing this method, the user will be subject to the terms and conditions of Cofidis Pay. Approval and conditions of the installment plan are the sole responsibility of Cofidis.

4.4. Payment Security:

Transactions are conducted in a secure environment through certified partners. Prep. Hospitality Hub does not store confidential data related to payment methods.

5. Access to and Use of Training or Workshops

5.1. License Agreement:

When purchasing training or a workshop, the user obtains a non-license. Exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to personal use of the content provided.

5.2. Intellectual Property:

All course content, including videos, texts, and support materials, is protected by copyright. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute , or use the content for commercial purposes without prior authorization from Prep.Hospitality Hub.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prep.Hospitality Hub is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or the services purchased, except where such liability is provided for by law.

7. Delivery Times and Service Availability

Access to purchased courses or workshops will be granted immediately upon payment confirmation, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase. Course content and support materials will be accessible on the date of the course or workshop, as indicated at the time of purchase.

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the user may resort to alternative dispute resolution at the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center, available at the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center facilities.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Prep. Hospitality Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the website, and it is the user's responsibility to consult the Terms and Conditions periodically.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the court of the district of Abrunheira, Sintra, shall have jurisdiction.
