Shipping Policy

We ship to all of mainland Portugal and the islands.

For all shipments within Portugal, it is necessary to provide a Portuguese telephone number (landline or mobile) in order to allow the carrier to contact you in case of any incident with the order.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the products in the order.

Orders placed before 1:30 PM are shipped the same business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

The typical delivery time varies depending on the destination and the carrier selected.
In case of stock shortage , the shipping time may be extended to 10 to 12 days .

For urgent deliveries or special shipping conditions, we recommend contacting us beforehand.

We also offer the option of picking up your order , with no shipping costs, by prior arrangement.
