CELLULÄSE – CELLULASE ENZYME POWDER
Cellulase enzyme powder is a concentrated enzyme complex produced by yeast.
It breaks down the cellulose present in fruits and other plant parts, clarifying juices, peeling, liquefying and softening parts of fruits and vegetables without cooking, while maintaining a fresh flavor.
Cellulase is a hydrolytic enzyme that can break down cellulose in plant foods, improving the nutritional value of the food and allowing for the digestion of some of the fiber present.
Cellulase helps break down plant cell walls, obtaining more energy by converting cellulose into glucose units.
INGREDIENTS:
Maltodextrin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, E-211, E-551.
DESCRIPTION:
Enzymatic complex that degrades cellulose. Clarifies juices, peels, liquefies, softens, and makes edible various parts of vegetables.
Cellulase acts only on cellulose: it only works on products that contain it.
HOW TO USE:
Apply the powder to the product, vacuum impregnate, or inject with a syringe.
USUAL DOSES:
Dilute 0.1-5% Celluläse in water or in the product itself.
FORMAT:
Available in 500g and 100g packages.
