DESCRIPTION
GLUCOSIDASE – AMYLOGUCOSIDASE ENZYME POWDER
A concentrated enzyme complex produced by the fermentation of the yeast Aspergillus niger .
It breaks down starch liquor and glycosidic sugars into glucose monosaccharides.
It can be applied in the production of plant-based milks or in the production of fermentable sugars, as well as in the production of alcohol.
Its application imparts a sweet taste and facilitates fermentation. Its functionality and yield increase dramatically when used in conjunction with Amylase. It is recommended to impregnate with 2-5 vacuum cycles for higher yield.
Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, Amyloglucosidase.
Use:
Cover, inject, or immerse the product in the Glucosidase solution.
Dosage:
A dose between 10 and 50 g/kg is recommended. It can be used directly.
Conservation:
It is recommended to store between 15-25ºC, in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and tightly closed. Avoid storing directly on the floor.
Format:
Bottles of 500g and 100g.
