INVERTASE – INVERTASE ENZYME POWDER
Invertase enzyme powder that breaks down sucrose into glucose and fructose.
Inverted sugars are obtained, sweetening products and enhancing their own sugar content.
Used to make chocolates with a liquid filling.
Invertase acts only on sucrose: it only works on products that contain it.
HOW TO USE:
Mix with sugar or fondant and let stand at room temperature, or vacuum-seal the product.
FORMAT:
Available in 100g and 500g packages.
