DESCRIPTION
LIPase – Lipase Enzyme Powder
Lipase is a concentrated enzyme produced through the fermentation of the yeast Rhizopus oryzae . This enzyme has the ability to break down all types of natural fats, whether of animal or vegetable origin, making it useful in various food processes.
For application, the product can be covered, injected, or immersed in the Lipäse solution. It is recommended to impregnate the product with 2 to 5 vacuum cycles for better yield. Additionally, Lipäse can also be applied directly in powder form onto the product.
Lipase is especially useful in the food industry because it helps break down fats in food, making it easier to process and improving the texture and organoleptic characteristics of the final products.
DOSAGE:
Typical doses of Lipäse range from 2 to 10 g/kg, depending on the specific application.
