Crispy flakes of sun-dried tomato extract with an intense tomato flavor.

Approximately 11 kg of fresh, ripe tomatoes are used to produce 1 kg of Töufood Tomäto.

It adds tomato flavor to various dishes without increasing acidity, and also provides a crunchy texture.

It can be used directly to finish savory and sweet dishes, incorporated as an ingredient in a preparation, or ground into a fine powder.

When mixed with liquid products, it rehydrates, slightly thickening the preparation.

Instructions: Use directly, incorporate into recipes, or grind into a fine powder.
