A mixture of carbohydrates obtained from tapioca starch.
These are different glucose chains that have the ability to retain oils and fats in general, resulting in powdered products with an intense flavor from the fat they retain.
It is a gluten-free product and therefore suitable for people with celiac disease.

Mix the powdered product with oils or other fats until it is completely absorbed.
