TÖUFOOD MALTÖ YUCA
A mixture of carbohydrates obtained from the fractionation of cassava starch. These are different glucose (dextrose) chains which, due to their bulking properties, have the ability to retain oils and fats in general, hot or cold, resulting in powdered products with a strong fat flavor. It also exhibits wettability, thickening, and anti-crystallization properties.
Instructions for use:
Mix the product with greasy ingredients and grind for a few minutes to break up any lumps.
A dose of 150-200 g per 100 g of liquid is recommended.
