MALTITÖL – MALTITOL POWDER
Highly recommended as a sugar substitute for sweetening candies, chocolates, chewing gum, and especially cookie dough.
It is obtained from the transformation of maltose, which comes from starch.
It has a sweetening power 0.8 times that of sugar (sucrose).

Used in the manufacture of products such as chocolates, candies, chewing gum, biscuits (in the dough to replace sucrose) and products for diabetics in general.
