DESCRIPTION
Container designed for the safe storage of sterilized eggs in a cold chamber, without the risk of transferring salmonella to the eggs or to the cold chamber.
Completely transparent polypropylene container, allowing the contents to be seen.
GN 2/3 size container, suitable for 4 egg trays.
The set includes: container, lid, and 8 egg trays.
Stackable PET trays with side cutouts for easy removal of the container.
Each tray holds 30 eggs (5x6 rows) – the container holds a total of 120 eggs.
Temperature resistance: -40°C to +80°C.
The container and trays can be washed in the sink.
Additional trays can be purchased separately.
CAUTION: Eggs must be sterilized before being placed in the trays and container to prevent salmonella contamination. Place the egg trays alternately in the container, rotating each one 90 degrees relative to the previous one.
