The Tampa grill has excellent cooking properties due to ideal heat distribution and hot air circulation within the burner compartment.
The high temperature sears the meat evenly and quickly, reducing sticking to the grill even when it hasn't been greased.
The burner assembly is made entirely of stainless steel and can be completely disassembled for easy cleaning.
The single longitudinal burner is adjustable, has thermocouple safety and piezoelectric ignition.
The Tampa has a structure fully coated with black epoxy, with four wheels, two of which are swivel wheels, and a secure support for a gas cylinder.
The fat that drips from the meat during cooking is channeled through a special channel to a grease collector.

Thanks to the deep support for the gas cylinder, you can safely place the cylinder under the barbecue grill.
