4-Quarter Food Processor with Continuous Feed
The large, durable, transparent 4-quart cutting and mixing bowl, featuring the patented LiquiLock® Seal system, processes soups, sauces, marinades, and more without leaks. Made of high-impact, unbreakable, and scratch-resistant polycarbonate, it's lighter than metal but designed for heavy-duty use.
The high-performance 2 HP commercial motor, with thermal overload protection, was developed for batch processing in power services. It offers continuous and reliable operation, facilitating the execution of large jobs.
Blades and accessory discs:
They can be switched quickly and easily for chopping, grinding, liquefying, slicing, grating, and puréeing.
All blades and discs lock securely inside the watertight bowl for safe and easy pouring.
The Optional Dicing Set (WFP16S13) includes a 3/8” slicing blade (usable independently) and a 3/8” dicing grid. The commercial-grade blades stay sharp.
Patented Adjustable Slicing Disc (WFP16S10) – Allows you to choose between 16 different thicknesses, from 1mm to 6mm.
Patented Serrated Blade with LiquiLock® Seal (WFP16S1) – Cuts through tough foods and chops to your desired texture.
LiquiLock® Sealed Whisk Disc (WFP16S11) – For whipping and frothing. Ideal for cream, eggs, butter and more.
Reversible Grating Disc (WFP16S12) – Two discs in one: grate finely with the 2mm side or flip for a medium texture with the 4mm side.

The solid, robust, die-cast aluminum base supports the powerful 2 HP peak motor. Easy control with OFF, ON, and PULSE buttons.
The PULSE function allows for precise adjustment of food processing and helps to handle heavy loads.
The stainless steel drive shaft is durable and ensures professional performance.
The extra-large feeding opening allows you to work faster. Use the small pusher for shorter cuts and slices. The large pusher also serves as an opening for the small pusher.
Bowl capacities: 4 quarts for dry processing (3.75 liters) and 2.75 quarts for liquid processing (2.6 liters).
