TÖUFOOD ANTIÖX 500 GR.
Gelatinous solution for oxidation prevention. Mixture of ascorbic acid and xanthan gum used as an antioxidant in fruits, vegetables, and other foods. The viscosity provided by the xanthan gum creates a thick texture that adheres to the food, preventing contact with external oxygen and retaining ascorbic acid, a potent antioxidant, close to the food.
Ingredients:
Thickening agent: xanthan gum (E-415), antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E-300). May contain milk.
Instructions for use:
Dissolve the product in water and immerse the fruits/vegetables or apply the solution with a brush.
Dosage:
30-50 g/kg.
Product intended for food use.
Store in a cool, dry place.
