ASCORBÏC – ASCORBIC ACID POWDER
Ascorbic acid powder extracted from fruits, other plant parts, or from fermentations.
Also known as vitamin C, it is used as an antioxidant.
It prevents fruits and vegetables from browning when peeling.
It can also be used on meats.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Typically diluted in water, it is applied to the surface of the product or introduced directly into this solution.
USUAL DOSAGE:
5-15 g/kg of water.
