CALCIUM – CALCIUM SALT GRANULES
Cälcic provides basic spherification baths and bases for reverse spherification with the necessary amount of calcium to react with Alginate.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Dissolve in the water base using a whisk.
USUAL DOSAGE:
Recommended dosage for spherical baths: 5-10 g/L.
