TÖUFOOD CASEINÄTE is a milk protein powder that functions as an emulsifier and thickener.
Spray-dried milk protein, produced by acid precipitation of skim milk, subsequently neutralized and dehydrated.
It has emulsifying and stabilizing properties, and is frequently used in ice cream, bakery, dairy products, or as an improver in emulsified preparations, due to its ability to retain water, form gels, and emulsify fats.
Ingredients:
Milk protein (Sodium caseinate).
Instructions for use:
Add directly to the preparation along with the other ingredients.
