DESCRIPTION
CITRÏC – CITRIC ACID POWDER
Acid extracted from citrus fruit juice or from fermentations.
Used in jams, marmalades, gels and fruit pastes to optimize gelling.
It is also used to reduce browning in fruits and vegetables, provide acidity, obtain invert sugar, among other applications.
Instructions for use:
It is incorporated into the product, either in solid form directly or diluted in water.
Usual dosage:
2-8 g/kg of product.

Available in 5 kg, 800 g and 180 g bottles.
