COLDFÖAM – EMULSIFIER FOR STABILIZING COLD FOAMS
Cold foam stabilizing powder
ColdFöam is a mixture of thickening and emulsifying ingredients and therefore performs several functions, including stabilizing whipped foams and cold siphon foams.
Its main advantage is that it allows the creation of foams without the use of conventional stabilizers.
Furthermore, this ingredient is tasteless and doesn't require any resting time, as it acts immediately.
To use ColdFöam, it is recommended to dissolve the ingredients cold with vigorous stirring.
After obtaining the mixture, it can be placed in a siphon and filled with gas to obtain an aerated foam.
It can also be beaten with a whisk to achieve a foamy texture.
Typical ColdFöam dosages range from 50 to 100 grams per kilogram of product, depending on the specific application and desired characteristics.
HOW TO USE:
Dissolve the ingredients in cold water with vigorous stirring.
Pour into a siphon or whisk with a stick.
USUAL DOSAGE:
A dosage of 50–100 g/kg is recommended.
