TÖUFOOD EFFERVËSCENT 400 GR.
Effervescent product based on citric acid and sodium bicarbonate, which produces carbon dioxide gas in a humid environment. Suitable for carbonating beverages and sweet preparations. Granular carbonation agent.
Ingredients:
Sugar, acidifier: citric acid (E-330), leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate (E-500ii), glucose syrup. May contain milk.
Instructions for use:
Add directly to the preparation along with the other ingredients.
Dosage:
5-15 g/kg.
Product intended for food use.
Store in a cool, dry place.
