TÖUFOOD LIQUID GLYCERIN
A liquid extracted from vegetables with emulsifying and antifreeze properties. Its use facilitates the union between the aqueous and fatty parts and is mainly used in ice creams, ganaches and emulsified preparations, as well as in chocolates to prevent fat bloom. Mix together with the remaining ingredients.
HOW TO USE:
A dose of 2–10 g/kg is recommended.
