GREEN – CHLOROPHYLLINE POWDER
Chlorophyllin powder is a substance obtained by extracting the pigment contained in the chlorophyll of green plants.
Chlorophyll can be used as a natural dye, producing colors ranging from yellowish-green to deep green.
In cooking, it is used for its green coloring properties in preparations such as sauces, ice cream, smoothies, confectionery products, and others, providing a green color without altering the flavor.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Mix the preparation with the Grëen and stir well.
It is recommended to dissolve in water before application.
USUAL DOSAGE:
0.1-0.3 g/kg.
