DESCRIPTION
INÜLIN – INULIN POWDER
An excellent fiber substitute for fats and sugars.
Fiber-type carbohydrate extracted from the roots, tubers, and rhizomes of chicory.
It allows the production of thickened products, such as creams and purees.
Especially useful as a texturizing agent, it is suitable for replacing fats and sugars, giving a creamy texture.
It is also an excellent source of fiber with positive effects on cholesterol levels, is fat-free, and can be used as a thickener in vegetarian and vegan diets.
Gluten-free product, suitable for people with celiac disease.
