INULIN WAXY – INULIN POWDER
High-yield inulin used as a thickener and fat substitute.
Carbohydrate extracted from chicory.
In this high-performance version, the smaller molecules have been eliminated, suppressing the slight sweetness characteristic of standard inulin.

HOW TO USE:
Mix cold with vigorous stirring for about 3 minutes.
No heating is needed.
Pass through a sieve to remove any possible lumps.
Thickening occurs immediately at room temperature; for greater viscosity, let stand for 2 to 4 hours.
