Rice protein concentrate with emulsifying, foaming, and thickening properties.
Emulsifier for oil-based preparations.
Foaming powder.
INGREDIENTS:
Rice protein.
May contain milk.
USE:
Mix cold with the base liquid, stirring vigorously.
Let it rest for a few minutes (ideally 24 hours) in the refrigerator and beat with a whisk.
DOSE:
80-100 g/kg.
Product intended for food use.
Store in a cool, dry place.
