Rose-flavored sugar, that is, sugar colored and scented with the aroma of roses.
Its application is very simple, just like any other sugar, but it incorporates the color, aroma, and flavor of roses.
It can be used in desserts, confectionery, pastry, and even to add a special touch to a cocktail.
The intensity of the flavor can be adjusted by replacing some or all of the sugar in the recipe with Rosë Sugar.
