STARCRËM – MODIFIED POTATO STARCH
A thickener based on hydration-modified potato starch, which provides a creamy texture even when cold. It is a substitute for corn starch, offering a smoother texture due to its lower amylopectin content. It is transparent, applicable to all types of liquids, and ensures stable viscosity both in the oven and in acidic mixtures.
Instructions for use:
Mix with the other ingredients, whether hot or cold.
Dosage:
A maximum dose of 80 g/kg is recommended.
