ULTRATEX – FAST-SETTING COLD THICKENER
ULTRATËX is a modified starch powder.
A starch-type carbohydrate extracted from tapioca, pre-gelatinized and modified by acetylation, which gives it a creamy texture when cold.
It provides a crunchy texture when dehydrated.
It is transparent, applicable to all types of liquids, and maintains a stable viscosity in the oven as well as in acidic mixtures.
Ingredients:
Thickener: modified tapioca starch (E-1442).
May contain milk.
Instructions for use:
Mix cold with vigorous stirring.
Dosage:
A dosage between 2 and 80 g/kg is recommended, depending on the desired degree of thickness.
Product intended for food use.
Store in a cool, dry place.
