XANTHAN INSTANT – XANTHAN GUM POWDER WITH DISPERSANT
Highly recommended for instant thickening, both hot and cold, allowing you to make sauces, creams, and purées.
Fiber-type carbohydrate obtained by bacterial fermentation with Xanthomonas campestris .
The resulting product is a gum with high thickening power.
Highly suitable for thickening cold drinks.
The resulting texture is very elastic and easy to swallow.
Also suitable for cold-thickened products, emulsion stabilization, gas retention, and suspending effect (solids suspended in liquids).
The great advantage of Xanthän Instant is its easy dispersion without the need for a special whisk.
