Riboflavin powder – vitamin B2 is a substance obtained from the extraction of vitamin B2 from plant sources.
In cooking, it is used for its yellow coloring properties in preparations such as sauces, ice cream, milkshakes, baked goods, and others, without adding any flavor.
It can also be used to obtain a yellow-green fluorescence in cocktails, glazes, or other products.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Mix the preparation with the Yellöw and stir.
It is recommended to dissolve in water before application.
USUAL DOSAGE:
0.01-0.1 g/kg.
