TÖUFOOD YÖDRY ACID is a sour yogurt powder, a powdered preparation with the flavor and aroma of yogurt. Ideal for recipes where it is not possible to add fresh yogurt, allowing you to incorporate the characteristic flavor of yogurt.
It comes in powder form, making it very easy to incorporate into various preparations, such as sweets, nougats or crunchy treats, biscuits or cakes, freeze-dried fruits, ice cream, among others.
Instructions for use:
Mix directly with the other ingredients.
Dosage:
50–150 g/kg, depending on the preparation requirements.

Store in a cool, dry place.
